“i love the food and staff are welcoming it is so nice in this wagamamas, i have tried obvi katsu curry and also the steak yakisoba (the one with noodles) omg it was sooo good i like to try different things of the menu from time to time and they are always so good , especially the prawn starters (again idk the name) but their soooo good !!!! i love this wagamamas especially because the staff extra friendly and it is an enjoyable experience ! btw the katsu curry (i think) has nuts, just saying so your aware, there’s so much more selection on the menu just in case”

“Hello, can I just recognise 4 amazing members of staff you have at this Southend branch. Mary the manager is absolutely amazing, every time we visit she’s honestly the most kindest person going above and beyond for all customers. Along with her staff Kate, beau and Izzy. These 3 always stand out to us when we visit, they’re so welcoming, chatty, hard working, always make our visit one to want to come back. If it wasn’t for these staff and Mary we genuinely would not be bothered coming back. The service is great every time, I’ve never had a bad experience in this branch. The food is always on point and amazing and I think this branch needs more recognition than it gets. You have such valuable staff here and I hope you recognise this”
